Apple Mac...
Just been playing around with a Macbook Pro, and Wow.
Never played with an Apple Operating system before.
It's really got me interested I want one..
The one I played with was a 2.1Ghz Dual Core processor with only 1GB of RAM,
it rocked!
Seems so much more efficient than a Windows based machine.
It was using the Tiger Operating system, and now Apple's latest is Leopard....
Moral of the story is...
I need to buy a MacBook.

PC ftw, apple is alright if your a designer etc. Pc's have alot more upgradable etc.
IMO anyway. I used a MAC at college doing music tech. Just done my head in the whole time. Using the pc was so much easier.

macs are soo much more reliable though.
all the hardware and software is done my apple. so you know exactly what is in the PC, unlike a mix and match with a PC
yes, the macs arent as compatible as PCs, but wh ocares.. a mac is better.
i have a mac and a PC, mac was for doing worm on as it wouldnt crash, but ive never touched it for work. haha
and i have my PC for games, hence its high spec
mystic, i like the sound of your pro! bastard

Yer was like £1299 or something. Its not one of the newest range, it was the mid range option from the previous lot, although the new base option seems to be the same spec for a couple hundred less than i paid grr.
Do love it though, so many querky wee things to play with aswell, has an alarm, internal motion sensors & i have a lightsabre app to test the internal sensors (and also make lightsabre noises as i prance around swinging my macbook )
Can plug any camera or usb stick into it and theres none of the driver installing nonsense with windows, it just pops up the iphoto app and asks if i want to pull images off the device! Also isync keeps my mobile, macbook, work pc & home pc's calendars, contacts etc up to date with a single click... Awesome
