to be honest i can see why people dont leave their name after bad rep.
most people after knowing who bad repped them would then proceed to bed rep back just out of spite.

the mods wont care about it. there is logic behind names not appearing. if people leave it then they are well hard, if they dont they are either a poofter or just dont want gay neg rep straight back at them.

This has been brought up many times before. If you knew the person who left you bad reps name I'll bet 99% of the time that person would coincidentaly recieve bad rep back. That would defeat the whole purpose of the rep system.
You shouldn't really be leaving your name when you give good rep either. The main reason people do this is in the hope of getting the same back.
If you dont feel the bad rep is justified then take it up with an admin. They can remove rep if it's not warranted.
