as above, your credit details will be checked before anything is sent out.

I used to work in PC World. It's not that bad a place, in fact I'd buy a PC from there. Price wise they are fine and the quality is good.

Not being funny but im betting you i could buy a better quality and better spec for cheaper mate seriously, the guys when you ring up are 9 times out of 10 shit and clueless, and when you go in 99% of there time there answer to the soultion is reformat it.
I went in as a last resort other day for a standard ethernet cable, they wanted £30 for a 5m cable, thats just crazy, went next door to maplin, £7!
So much easier to buy yourself and build atleast then your happy with it, building a PC is pretty easy aswell in all fairness!
By the way tis not a dig at you david mate

It's a valid point.
There are things that you buy in PC world, and things that you plain don't. USB cables are my favourite. I pay 40p + VAT when I order them in for work (part of my job is to buy about £250k of IT a year) and PC world are charging £14.99. Which is nutty
On the PC side of things, PC World are very good. Whatever there current £500 odd lappy deal is, it's usually about the best buy in the UK. They buy in about 10,000 units for each promotion and they get them for sod all, they then mark them up by about 5% and sell them off, hoping you'll buy a bag/usb cable etc to go with it, so they make the money there. I have a fair amount of buying power when it comes to lappys, but some of there prices on retail kit still shock me.
On building a PC, I agree, it is easy enough, and if you know exactly what you want it can be a great way to do things, but it isn't that cheap, especially if you are putting legit versions of windows on. It's also load of hassle and you get no support, life's far to short for 99% of users to bother with this method

Guessing so, they can't ask for a sig until they approve it, otherwise you're not signing anything!
Phone them and they'll sort it. If you get really stuck, then PM me with the store and I'll call them for you this afternoon
