Default Will this fit - magnex backbox on standard centre section

I apologise for another will it fit thread.

Will this backbox fit a standard centre section on a mk2 VTR?

http://www.saxperience.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=138199

Thanks in advance

Iirc you will need a reducer to get it to fit as the pipe on the magnex back box is 2" and the standard middle section is small than that.

Hey sorry found this thread, dunno if i am on about the same thing but if u look in the pic the magnex pipe has a smaller pipe with slits in it that goes inside the pipe thus reducing it , this came with the back box and is still connected

Hope this helps

Just got some pictures of my standard exhaust.

There are no joins between the centre section right upto the backbox. the join itself is at the backbox - see pictures.

Therefore how will this fit?

Thanks

You have to cut the centre pipe back little bit mate!! so you can slide your magnex over the cut centre pipe, and then clamp it up with new rap round clamp....
