ok as u can see im new here and i dont know much (anything if im honest with u)
i've been looking to modify my saxo furio a bit and one of the things i've been looking at is wheels.
As it happens, i got a puncture in one of my tyres earlier today and i've got a question
You can laugh at me all you want, but i've come here to get help and thats what im doing
can i go out and buy any set of wheels to fit? like 15" and they're just go straight on there? or does antyhing else need to be doine to the arches or suspension or anything
thanks in advance

basiclly mate not any wheel will fit on any car, the offset (bolt holes) have to be the same so it will go on your car. so you cant pull a set of renault alloys and fit them str8 to ur saxo, get it?

You should have a spare?

Also, the bigger inch your alloys the higher the ride hight of your car, you'll only have problems with arch lining etc when you start pushing 17"+

the thing to do to adjust the ride hight is get the car lowered and thats a whole new ball game!

hope this helps

yea well i knew that i couldnt take alloys off a clio and stick them on mine, i was just meaning size wise.
like if i go out and buy some 15" or 16" wheels, would i still be able to lower it or would i have problems doing that?
and yea i got a spare but it just seemed like a prefect time to get new ones
thanks again

Yes mate as far as im aware its fine, saxos have quite a big wheel arch!

the numbers refer to tyre size (width, length ...i think lol)

Edit: just make sure the offsets the same as a saxos(just ask the person ur buying em from)
