swimmming is very good.
lots of bicep and tricep and shoulder exercises, low weight, high reps.
but remember certain places are just where fat accumulates

biceps curls, triceps kickbacks etc

rigghhhtt basically your best bet is to do longer workouts, as your body will use your ATP-PC sorts in the muscles for short sharp exercise, after than uses glucose and glycogen so try limit any of those intakes, carbohydrates similarly close after and then fats, exercised for 25 mins ish should get these going unless you have just eaten pasta or something lol. like above high reps minimum weight, things like the little weight wrist bands in every day work. just regulating your food to your activity for instance i eat much less sugary foods when on my holidays from work etc as i am currently less active. As although fatty food go to fat it can be minimal as much is passed through the body as its high energy to absorb these. most are absorbed when people "starve" i.e not eat for a day then eat the next day as the body recognizes this and absorbs more! also much of sugary unused glycogen maltose MILK bread chocolate! as the carbs (lactose glucose maltose etc) are easily converted into fatty storage but also this encourages the body to use the fat stores earlier on, as to the specific area at which your fat resides, for you your arms this is just a hormone thing usually but also a sex thing but it does not make any difference what parts you are working out you just need longer aerobic workouts!
i do personal training if you want a plan your welcome to pm me (free of course) still training!
hope this helps

Thanks Biteme. I actually starting to understand stuff haha
I am a really really fussy eater. So i do just not eat as sometimes its easier then when a do eat it be pasta or a sandwich or something.
I cut down on carbs for a month or so and lost a good amount along with excercise, just need to stick at it continually but as it becomes more routine I get bored of eating the same thing and go back to eating crap
But anyways back to the arms!! Going to get some of them small weights to take running with me.. as a start?

Very very basic idea of what biteme said about using fats and carbs
At high intensity the body uses 100% carbs for energy as its easy to breakdown and use instantly for energy
at low intensity, the body uses fat for energy as its slower to breakdown but the body doesn't need it instantly, so it saves the carbs

So if less carbs, then body will use the fat?

lower intensity exercise = mostly fat used for energy
higher intensity exercise = mostly carbs used for energy
or the other way of doing it is -
do a marathon as fast as you can from the start to the end - the body will use up all its carbs then have to use fat, it will use all that up then breakdown your muscles to use protein for energy.
usually a bad idea though

example of running/jogging
low intensity - slow jog, easy, heart rate about 130 bpm
high intensity - almost sprinting, working very hard, heart rate upto 200 bpm

I don't think you're right about that..
HIIT is said to use fat storage immediately, which would go completely against what you're saying, + it gives your metabolism a boost for 24 hours or so and burns more fat than SS cardio overall..

hiit is high intensity interval training so it aint all at a high intensity which is why it is used to lower fat levels.
so it doesnt go against what he has said
