Ruby...SPECIAL DAY, Page 21.
Got a phonecall this morning at 5.04am from Louise saying that she had lost a lot of water during the night and we have to go to the Delivery Suite as soon as possible.
After an hour of examination, the doctor confirmed her waters HAVE broken and that she is basically in early labour. She is getting kept in for 48 hours to be monitored to make sure baby and her are both ok. They have given Louise a steroid injection to make sure she will be breathing ok.
Louise is only 34 weeks tomorrow, so she is 6 weeks premature if shes to be born anytime soon but I'm sure she will be ok.
I'll keep you updated, but looks like I may be a Dad very soon.

I have had a Cheese Sandwich all day, Tea and 2 pints of milk. I feel physically drained, can't think straight and now I need to get this house reserved before it goes.
