crankshaft sensor
Cars not running correct, bogs down alot and sometimes doesnt start so gonna replace the crankshaft sensor as some have suggested.
few questions though...
1, Is it easy to replace? DIY jobby?
2, Are the sensors all the same in each model? As i will most likely be getting one from a scrapyard
3, Are there any tell tale signs of the sensor being faulty/broken?
Cheers ppl

On my lads 98 Saxo it sits on the front right hand side of the engine (Front of the fly wheel) and has just one screw holding it in place. I went around a couple of breakers to get one and they showed me two or three different types so i would say there are more than one.
Hope that helps a little.

Cheap And easy mate. Cost me 15 quid for a brand fire new one from my local spares shop. Easy to fit, it's just one bolt and reconnect a wire. Job done.
