hi would this work on my furio 2002 1.4
hi what would happen i dont know if it would even work if i stuck a vts lump in my car put my head on it and used my 1.4 gear box would that work and if it did work would it make my car have more bhp ???? just debating it before i get rid off vts engine lol

Um no and no...
Need a VTS lump and head (2 cams)
with a box that can handle the power (S/pug box)
Other stuff like suspension and brakes will need to be looked at aswell mate.

yeah i guessed so i got full vts engine but no loom and ecu im just going to sell it then fort i could of stuck lump bottom end in with my head on and made more bhp

wouldt have worked at all as the heads are completely different
maybe on a vtr engine but what is the point??
just keep the right head on it

All saxo gear boxes are interchangeable, but the VT* models have a stronger diff.
The engine blocks are basically the same, but enough little things make it unfeasable to fit a twin cam head to a single cam block! for example vts pistons are pocketed to give clearance to the valves!

The head is where power output is decided, in numerous ways..Inlet, cam, gas flow etc all play a part in an engine's overall power output..
The 1400 silvertop is a good little engine..A different cam, along with some headwork, breathing mods and remap will leave you with over 100bhp which is plenty..
