18 is the cut off is bullish tbh.

Im 21 and started a new college when i got my apprenticeship and i was over 18 when i applied!

im still an apprentice now tho, soon to be qualified however

just hang in there, im doing plumbing at the moment and i just look at how loaded my boss is and hope 1 day that will be me

Just ask why the cut off is 18 do they discrimanate against adult learning? what you will find is because they get more funding for under 18's so theyre fobbing you off tbh.

all the best.

mate i think they would prefer someone slightly older, no offence to young'uns and all, but you have more life experience than a 16 year old outta school so will able to deal with things better!
