Smaller size = oh-so-slightly-faster acceleration. And more steering feel.
Then again the cornering would be much worse...

i dnt its just i was gunna take my alloys off n have them balanced n use the car on the steel wheels off my old saxo and found they dnt fit???? dunno if anyone else has ever tried it.

I would have thought it would be a tight fit though over the disc and caliper, couldn't you just take the car to a garage and get them to balance the wheels one by one, as this would make more sense!
