Cleaning Gear For A Motorbike
Alright People,
Looking at buying my mate some stuff off cleanyourcar.co.uk but wouldn't have the foggiest idea as to what I would need.
Would anybody be able to suggest some gear to use on it?

Autoglym do a motorbike cleaning kit, including engine degreaser, instant bike shine, visor cleaner and motorcycle cleaner and polishing cloth. all for about £20 from Halfords/Wilco/any other car accessory shop.
Hope this helps

Road Bike, GSXR 600, it's stunning!
Basically he's after something to keep it nice and shiney, resist the sh*te off the road, and protect the wheels as much as possible, making an order on cleanyourcar so would ideally like to find it on there.

wheel selent will p[rotect the whels, put 2-3 coats on, buff off between coats.
a decent polish, wax and sealent will protect the paint.
glass cleaner
engine degreaser
i wouldn't use tyre black though being a motor bike

Personally i wouldnt but its up to you? And also depends how much your mate likes cleaning their bike, I like to give mine a very quick going over before each ride and i use megs motorcycle detailer, very quick and easy to use and comes up like its just been polished As for the wheels i just polished and waxed them

So you think that wax would be a good one for the wheels and the body work? Totally no idea as you can probably guess

Ive never used the wax in a pot like you listed above ^ So cant say if it would be good or not. I just use meguairs polish and wax in the bottle for everything, and then when i just wanted to give it a quick wipe over i used the motorcycle detailer. I cant find anything on that site that i use on my bike so the choice is yours mate

EZ detail brush is a must, a degreaser for sure, brushes, detailing swabs, chrome polish if it has any, leather cleaner and cream, polish, sealent and wax, megs tyre gel, a waffle weave towel and a load of microfibre cloths
