Welcome to Sax-p
Im not really an expert on the lowering rear but its something to do with moving the Torsion bar down a few knotches but making it stay level on both sides ?

unless you know what you're really at i would take it to a garage...springs, shocks, etc all control how the car reacts and handles in bends..make a bad job = possibly bad accident if suspension isn't done right
