My Mates On Suicide Watch!!! - Saxperience

One of my best mates who iv known since primary school with.. has been put on suicide watch this weekend, has to have someone in the house watching him all the time, and its harsh as hell... its actually quite sad...

3 weeks ago, his dad hung himself because he was depressed, but no one knows why, because he has a successfull buisness, a 4 bedroom house in the newest part of town.. didnt really have anything to decide to kill himself for...
Worst part of it is, that he walked into his house, to find his dad hanging from the top of the stairs, just swinging in the hallway, enough to send anyone loopy if you ask me.

So as anyone would be, the lad was really upset, and was just starting to come to grips with it when i spoke to him in the middle of this week just gone, was starting to try and get back to his normal life.

Then, friday afternoon, he goes home, his mum, in the exact same place, hanging there with a noose around her neck. a note was left to him saying she couldnt take the loss of her husband or anything.

So he has found his mum and dad, both hanging dead infront of him when he has walked into the house.
I feel so bad for him, went to see him yesterday to see if i could comfort him abit, and he didnt even know what was going on, was like he didnt hear me talking, he didnt notice anything around him, nothing, was just oblivious to the world.

I think its pretty selfish what his mum has done to him like, losing your dad at 19 must be painful enough, but then losing your mum over that.. 3 weeks later, must be total hell.

I feel so bad for the guy

RIP to his dad, dont know if his mum deserves piece tbh

Jesus, I don't know what i'd do if that happned tbh, I would probably be suicidel too

My God that would be really tough. I don't think you can get any tougher than that, its extreme !

I feel sorry for the lad, no one deserves to see that.

even worse, his gf is supposed to of said to one of her mates "think of all the money he will get for his dads buisness and that house"

That is very heartbreaking obviously, but I can't believe his Mum did the same.

I could never do that to Ruby, poor lad at 19 years old is gonna have no parents for rest of his life now.

Heart goes to him.

EDIT - Just read what you said Smiith......I think it's wrong what his Mum has done tbh. If you love your kids, why put them through that?

aye, i didnt know what to think when i was told his mum had done it, i think thats heartless as fook to him, he just lost his dad, then she does that to him, and she knew he was gona be the only person to walk in the house and find her hangin.

What a fucking cow, money shouldn't even be mentioned at a time like this. She shouldn't be mouthing off to people about that shit. She's just looking for an easy life !

Well make sure he dumps the g/f then. Sod though mum and dad same place, id have probally killed myself. Get close mates+urself round there daily and make sure he gets through it.

iv got tomorrow off work to go up there 1st thing and spend all day and try and get his mind off it, try and get him on xbox or something, so that he can try to get it out of his mind for abit.

as for her, i dont think he gives a shit what she thinks anymore.

gona try asking him if he wants to go out next weekend for a game of pool or something, to try and get him out and about and keep him away from thinkin of it over and over

yeh, so he has nothing, he has a uncle who lives in manchester, so a good 3 hours away, but thats only family he has.

thats just it Gord, we duno if we will be able to get him back out of it, he was bad from his dad going, but this has made the situation a whole lot worse :/

he needs time, but you cant just leave a mate in that kind of state where he needs to be on suicide watch with someone with him 24/7, either way you cant really get it right

Think I would of joined them yeah, couldn't imagine been left with nothing!

I could of lost my Mum last year, it was close but you can't imagine life without them and it's so heartbreaking for him.

my mates parents, and step dad all died inside 3 weeks, of natural causes and accidents. so i know the deal, but to take your own life.

the mother is the worst, leaving her son behind because she cant cope with the loss of her husband, what a selfish, pathetic, spineless bitch.

id hate my parents if they did that to me

BUT my heart goes out to him and the family he has left, its a terrible situation to be in.

Don, your right it is selfish, but still, its a horrible thing to happen.

and Gord, he will need some space to sort himself out in a way from us, but he will think he is along if we give him alot.
