1 - Bucket of hot water with LOTS of fairy washing up liquid in
2 - Wipe down all plastics, the slam panel etc et making sure you DO NOT get any water where it should go (electrics, ECU, air filter etc etc)
3 - Dry off all you have washed
4 - Polish up the metal work (slam panel etc)
5 - Use Meguiers Trim Detailer (back to black will do) on all the plastics like your ECU cover, cold air tubing, air filter holder, fuse box etc etc
6 - Dress all hoses and rubber components with Meguiers Tyre Gel ONLY
7 - ADMIRE
Hope this helps, its preaty much how i done mine! Check out page 2 in my progress thread for results, the rusults i got took 20-30 mins (might be page 3 im not sure lol )

Gunk. Spray it on, leave for a minute or so, then use a paintbrush to agitate it. Then rinse it off, wrap electrics with foil before, then dress the plastics with Back2Black, Autoglym, Aerospace 303, whatever you're using on the plastics.
