hi ppl, after having many problems with my saxo i decided it was time for an engine change, and so it began im now regreting doing it because now all it does is overheat, up to the point of overheating it runs sweet its neva run like this before. ive change the thermostat, temp sender and ive bled the system and started from scratch but still the fan doesnt kick in and start to cool it down. please can someone help me.

sensor cud b fuked r summit m8... also the engine u got cud possibly hav a blown head gasket which would cause it to overheat....

which engine conversion? some engine fans are controlled by the thermostat, others by the ecu, if your previous engine management controlled teh fan and the new one doesnt you will have to swap it for the thermostat one, changed some wires etc, just nick the bits from a scrappy.

ive put another vtr in it, the head gasket hasnt gone coz i had everything checked b4 the engine was put in
