Default Wheel Balancing

about a month ago i bought some alloys off the inernet with tires already fitted and 'balanced' with hub-centric spacers, went out for out on the motorway next day and had steering wheel wobble between 65-75mph, so got them re-balanced at pro-tire fareham but still they wobble abit at speed.
i was woundering if anyone could vouch for a good garage for wheel balancing in the hampshire area?
cheers guys

Could be that the spacers are wrong or a possibilty that the alloys are buckled...
Tbh a local Kwik Fit are as good as any other wheel place (well up here they are anyways)

it is possible that there is a fault with the wheels. if they have been balanced twice and they still wobble i would begin to think the problem is with the wheels themselves.

i got them brand new from rimstyle, a mate of mine works at a local garage with balancing equipment, would it be worth it asking him to quickly check the wheels with the machine?
