Not sure, but with my ears, they said keep it in 6 weeks, I changed one on the same day and it was bleeding quite often, the other after a few weeks and it did same but has now gone lyk black lol. Just leave it in, and twist it if you can to stop the blood sticking, then after a while take it out and see ?

not many piercing places numb these days, as its meant to be dangerous. i got my lip pierced in 3 places and none of them were numbed (although 2 of them aren't there now )

Salt water is a NO NO.......
Clean it on a regular basis with a diluted solution of detol. But make it very mild. About 8 to 1 will be ok. Turn it on a regular basis and if it sticks and you are out and about use a little saliver to help it move. Nothing else.
I used to do piecings thats how I know and I also have them.

Well you should find that they should'nt be recommending it anymore as its not sterile enough to be put on open wounds, With the impurities (spelling...lol.) thats in it. You should find that most tattoo & body piercing sallon's are telling there customers to use other creams. but NOT salt water.

Salty water a recommendation? My piercer doesnt suggest anything of the sort, he only recommends not using saltwater, but using creams and other anti-bac solutions! Wouldnt use salty water at all!

Some people can take pain, others cant.
