Theres a few new maps that you normaly have to pay for, if its a new GOTY edition then it'll have the code in the box to get the maps free, otherwise you'll pay.

they brought out some new maps a few months ago that cost £7, so with the goty one you get them free

all a gimick to make people keep buying the game
