Default My first Car, Mango Citroen saxo 1.1 Progress thread :D [UPDATED March]

Hello, this is my first car, its been in the garrage for the past week because it needed a new headgasket & Radiator, it seems to be running fine now though

Old pictures,


















How it sits at the moment;








-Done

-Lowered 60Mm on back
-Lowered 45Mm on front
-Sprayed grille
-New alloys
-De wipered
-Angel eye headlights

-Plans

-Lower front more
-Bucket seats
-new stearing wheel
-Tinted back lights
-strut braces
-Carbon wrap; Mirror caps, grille & possibly the roof
-Tidy up the engine bay

Thats a nice first car mate it looks a lot like mine (apart from mines blue) check it out

Mods i would do:

-Tint the rear windows
-De-wiper
-Tint the standerd lights
-Yellow door cards
-Possibly a vt kit

nice car mate, you thought about widemouthing the front bumper and gettin a dimma grill? looks ace think it would suit this colour

Just tried de-wipering my Saxo, cant get the wiper off, need a puller, anyone know where i can get them from & how much they are? Thanks

I love Mango saxo`s just not the interior i`d change the seats & doorcards to vr/s 1`s & spray the plastics a different colour.Other than that a nice car.

interior is same as a furio. youll struggle to change door cards as vt's have leccy windows. so would need holes drilling for winders.

I feel sick looking at that interior, the dash ect isn't in mango but a pukrid yellow. I'd keep it black/subtle.

Any Guides on how to spray the lights? What sort of spray paint do i use? And i think i'll be refurbing the allloys & spraying them white soon Dan
