Who the car registered to?
had a lil problem
someone parked in my mates garage in the center of town.
obv to cut charges of parking.
we got his reg
but he sed he did rent it out to a lad last year.
but doesnt have his number
he obv doesnt want to go to the police just yet
i know you can check the name of the owner on a website
but what is it?

dude someone did the same with us parked a car outside me mums house and left it there the cops didnt do anything as it had road tax so we removed it ourselfs!

wasnt locked.
would it be classed as trespassing?
but he was good mates is what hes saying so dont want to go over the top and get police involed
is there a website for owners name?
or adress ?
anything like that

You'd have to tell the police to get in touch. You wont be able to get the details per data protection act 1998.

we put a letter underneat his window wiper.
sayin we would take action if the car isnt moved.

the only way is a dvla check. call them tell them you were involved in an accident and agreed to deal without using insurance but you lost the paper you had his deatils written on and you need to get in touch with him

Seconded tbh. Just put a rope on it and drag it out.
Failing that, put a little sign up with parking charges and clamp it. Or block it in and charge him to get it out again

go to a jokes shop, or ebay and buy some fake aprking tickets.
They are IDENTICAL but aitn real, fill his windscreen with them and make payment details etc etc to yourself....
Or liek they have said clmap, pull it into the middle of the road, leave it on bricks, sell it to a pikey for a tenna?
