i have been trying to contact you over the last week, but you havent replied to my emails or my pm's ive sent you. can you let me know whats going on?
has anyone else had trouble contacting them, as they are usually really good but im starting to lose my rag a bit.

think I responded to a differnet query but the replacement has been sent out. Expect within couple of days
