Default gear box :(

every now and then my car gets stuck in 5th gear
its hard to explain but it feels like the clutch isn't on and i have to turn the car off and pull it really hard out of gear.
i really hope its something simple!
any ideas on what it could be.
thanks peps

is the oil level in the gearbox ok? does the clutch bit at the top of the pedal? also has it ever slipped the clutch in any gear? could be like you said the clutch is not clearing, but this could just mean the cable needs adjusting

Check the gear linkage for condition, and grease it up a bit

don't buy a quickshit. imo and from experiemce they are shocking.

instead, chop off about 2 inches off the gear stick. free quickshift!!
