just watched it tonight for the 1st time in ages. wondering at the start paul walker pulls up in the skyline for the 1st race, and there`s like air fires out from the front bumper. wondering what that was ?

NOS is a substance which is used to mix with the fuel. It is injected into the engine to ignite quicker = more power etc, which you see in the films when they press the buttons...
how can you not know what NOS does?

of course i know what nos does . but you don`t usually see it coming out the bumper do you.

ahh right, sorry, i mis understood, the purge is to relesea pressure in the lines normally.. i think anyway, thats what my mate told me when he took me out in his evo
