Question Painting advice

Just looking for a bit of help decided to paint my wheels gloss black and I have
Read the guides but just woundering do o have to sand between coats of primer aswell as paint or don't sand at all thanks for any help

tbh all primer is is a powder to fill in any sanding marks and make any imperfections noticable for you to resand or refill its also a base coat for the paint to adhere to better

tbh a very light wet sand between coats is what i did, except for last coat of paint, then about 4 coats of laquer lave a good week or two to harden, this weather it wont harden as well as if it was summer say
