Default coilovers on a 1.1 desire

whats the best ones to get and remembering its a 1.1 so nothing over the top!
just wondering if it worth gettin coilovers instead of damper and spring kit from kam racing for about £209
please help if you can

dont bother with coilovers just get a decent suspension kit.
Spax will do you fine.

but ive heard you can get coilovers for not much more than a suspension kit and aparently with insurance it is more if you go lower than 40mm so with coilovers if i did have a crash i could just raise it up by a few nuts and bolts?
whats the cheapest coilovers compared to the spax kit?
