Whats the loan for and what size is this loan going to be? I doubt anyone will want to give a loan out currently to someone who has no credit history and what they will think, not a steady job.

£2000, new bike! but shouldn't my mum's credit rating help me get the loan if she is the cosigner?

Put the loan in your mums name if she will allow it, and set up a direct debit to her account 3 days before they take the loan money out of her account..
Thats what i did, and got a much lower rate to pay back aswell

hmmm i doubt it tbh, the way banks are going just now, they arent gonna give out loans to someone your age, too high a risk, and i think banks are starting to learn from their mistakes.... 2 or 3 years ago you might of had a chance, but not now
