Oilman is the boy to speak to, each and every car has a different oil recommendation, ie track, fast road, town or a car with breather mods, exhaust mods, or just oe will all be different. Also depending on where you are in the country I suppose, like in the winter Scotland can get alot colder than say Cornwall, so this will all make a difference to what thickness oil you use. I use 5/40 but equally 10/40 will be fine.

good good stuff what it actualy does that most outhers dont is stick to everything so when u turn ur car offand restart it in the morning you dont get what they call dry starting wheres with cheaper oils you do because the cheaper stuff just drips back into the sump
