I want to adjust my rear suspension by one notch...has anyone got any idea of how to do this?

Don't do it in notches get a competant garage to lower the torsion bar for u proberly.

surely a garage would just lower the torsion bar using the notches....do they?

if you are close to the m25 then pop to extreme only £80 and it only takes half an hour

no a competent garage would do it the correct way an incompetent garage would do it by notches

just did mine at the weekend, following badgers instructions, didnt have any probslems at all, thought i might aswell try since i was fitting new shocks and springs all round.
