Should i go for taste and see if i can sort AUDI RS4?
Or go for lairyness and go for TSW apex?
ANYone ever seen audi rs4 in a 4 stud fitment....or even a rim which looks similar...

doesn't matter which model audi it is, the wheels won't fit as the bolts won't line up as the pcd is wrong (is there an echo in here?). you'd need an adapter made up, but that would space the wheels out making it even less likely they'd fit.
