Default different models of MK2 vtrs

Are there different models of vtrs?

I've got a 52 plate mk2 vtr, and my friend has a W reg mk2 vtr, and there are a few differences.

the main one is the tax:

also, there are design differences too, like the gear knob is different, and the W reg front indicators have orange plastic, where as the 52 plate has orange bulbs and clear plastic

there are a few more things like that too
