sky tv
Currently I have freeview built in to my TV, but as I have upgraded to a 1080p TV I want to get HD channels. I am thinking of getting skyHD+ which will cost me nearly £50pm including only 4mgb internet and a phone connection.
My question is, is it worth it? It is alot compared to what i pay now and I dont want to get tied in to a 12 month contract if I am being conned!!

Hmm, you get internet and phone for that price too?
And sky + HD?
I'd go for that.
Or, what's the virgin package alternative? Do virgin do HD like sky? rewind/pause like sky + ?
etc.

sky just want to make as much money as possible by offering you the 50 quid one but remember that includes every single channel inc movies, sports and the HD box just tell em you want sky + and only 3 or 4 channel packs and you will get it for about 25 quid per month

+1. To be honest, i actualy use the HD service quite alot.
They have all the movie channels in HD, including Disney and Box office. Sports 1, 2, 3 and Euro and Rush. Sky1, arts, Real lives, FX, MTVN, SciFi, BBC HD channel, National geographic and Discovery. Bloody good
