Engine swap silver top in to black top car

Hi have just swaped black top engine for a silver top engine in our 98 vtr, first tried to start with wrong key and immobilizer ecu got immobilizer symbol on dash , realized i had to swap ecu and barrel from ignition. I now can spin over motor fine but still no feed to fuel injection relays?(no warning lights except battery now on dash)

Any one know if the ecu locks out after the immobilizer has been triggered

Any help spent the last few hours pulling my hair out
