help with blower wiring - Saxperience

hi, ive just got a saxo 1.1 for a little run around, and i am havin problems with the blowers, have checked the fuses and all seem fine. the blowers are on permanatly even when ignition is off , but have now stopped working, i have opened the centre console and see 2 pinks and 2 grey wires going to the blower control , what r theses ?

i would just like to , what is live etc , strange colours, one of the pinks has a black comin from it , i think some one has added this and i goes no where ,

On the heater blower switch, if you look at the ident numbers on the switch itselt they should read
1-Red goes to heater blower relay No 5 (switch).
2-Grey goes to heater blower resistor No1 (resistor).
3-Grey goes to heater blower resistor No 2 (resistor).
4-Red goes to heater blower resistor No 3 (motor).
