vts gearbox vtr driveshafts - Saxperience

Hi im thinking of doing a 16v conversion on my vtr, would the vtr driveshafts fit the 16v gearbox? iv fitted new driveshafts about 2 months ago and dont really want to get more. cheers

you could use your vtr box on the gti lump anyway if you wanted

i would use my box but thats the main reason for doing the conversion, the lave shaft is noisey and the engine and box have done 142 000 so i might aswell get a low milage 16v lump and whack in. anybody up for giving me a hand to do it all? iv gotta sort the rust in the engine bay aswell and want it done asap really.
