unplug something,
stater, plug leads, take the battery lead off, anything that would stop it running,
my old man used to have to do this with his MK2 RS2000,
he also chained the steering wheel to the brake pedal but that was a bit extreme. hahh

get a camera and try to film there faces.
if you can set up a camera pointed on your car.
if you know someone with a big vishous dog borrow that and make sure the people see it
maby abit extreme but chain it to a post so it cant be lifted onto a flat bed.
completely remove the battery.
wheel clamp if you can get hold of one
go and talk to the blokes. let them know you have noticed them hanging about. and you have informed the police (bluff if you want) of your suspensions.

wen u nxt see them out there just go out with a bat and stand nxt to your car mate.. just pretend you are on phone to yours mate or sumin.. just so they know tht you know wat they are up to..
and maybe remove door pins mate.. will make it alot harder for them to enter your car quietly.
