Title : LUKEH. (NE Detailing) AVOID.

Well I Bought some black angel lights from him on the 15th of june.

They turned up, but I was at work, so they were returned to the Business post base.

I rang them and orderd for them to be re-delivered on the 29th of June. However they turned up on the 30th instead, whilst I was again at work.

So I rang them the following day, and they said they had now been returned to the seller. So he recieved them on the 2nd july at the latest.

Sent numerous ignored pm's and eventually agreed to repost them, and I paid £6 for re delivery on the 7th august. Where he said they would be posted on tuesday the 2nd of august.

Ive been nothing but fair and polite with the situation, as I understand it was my fault I wasnt in when they were delivered.

However its now been 2 months since he recieved them, and 3 weeks since I heard from him and sent him £6 for re-delivery.

I sent a paypal money request, informing him that the police will be informed, with no reply.

So South Yorkshire Police have been informed. And they have advised me to leave it on more week (so it has been 1 month since I paid for re-delivery), and If I have had no contact, then to inform Durham / Northumbria Police.

He seems like a sound lad and I understand he may be busy etc, but c'mon 2 months? Plus £60 is like 2 days wages to me.

Fed up of hearing of people being scammed on here.

Well its obvious from you have wrote that he is genuine and that you missed the delivery, just be patient matey, i heard he was in an accident not so long back

its not like he's taken the money and run. ok it's been a while but if he has been in a car crash give it time.

if not open a dispute on pay pal if you used that?

Hope everythings ok and I understand if this is the case.

I know mate.

Moneys very tite this month with having probs with the sax and having to get a new car. Im up in Middlesbrough on the 11th anyway, so I might call in as im passing.

Dont want to seem intimidating though as theres 3 cars of 5 lads going up.

I think it's hard to not be intimidating when turning up on some strangers doorstep with 14 other lads! Whether he's guilty or not!

Thats what I mean.

Might look like ive travelled up from Doncaster with 14 lads just for him lol. Id feel a bit intimadated if that happend to me, and I'd also think they were an utter c*ck.

Hopefully I'll hear from the guy in the next week.

As i said, if i'd of known he'd been in an accident I'd have been a lot more patient.

However as I didn't know, 2 months is a long time!

lol, yeh my mate were going up there to stay with is at Teeside uni, and lives in Middlesbrough. Some lads that went up earlier in the year was on about them.

why didnt you just collect them from the depo instead of arranging delivery again????????? would have been easier dont you think lol

He sent it through Business post. And the base they returned it to was in goole. Which is about 25miles away from here.

Plus more to the point, I hadnt even passed my test when I had them delivered lol.

Business post fuck up tbh, said they would be re-deliverd on the 29th. We deal with them at work, they trade under both Business post and UKmail for some reason. Both seam to have missing box's / late deliverys all the time.

ive sent them twice if u read my pm, at leats i think it says that lol. anyway ive sent them twice and had them returned twice, sorry it hasnt been the most important thing on my mind due to the crash and a few other family problems going onhence why i havent been in touch
