Saxo Startup issues - Saxperience

Hi i was wondering if anyone can help last week or so when i turn my saxo over it sounds dead but then all of a sudden drvies fine. the battery seems fine. it just sounds like it has no power any one know what this may be i thought i could be the alternator but the car starts everytime it just sounds like the battery is dead????

what does a dead battery sound like? If it is hesitant to start could be the plugs/leads/coil basically anything to do with the ignition system of the car

is it a flat sound or a squeel?

ive recently had o change my starter motor because it was sticking and the car wouldnt start first time

it just doesnt sound alive it sounds like it just really doesnt want to turn over. slight murmer when ignition is turnerd about 2 secs then the car starts and drives perfect
