Can anyone help me? The wife put down the window and it seemsto have come off the runners/guide, so it no longer goes down properly, it goes down at an angle and needs a helping hand to go back up?

All help is appreciated

Thanks
G

Brother has the same problem at the moment, I tried fixing it but had no such luck, i think the right hand side of the glass has to be put in place first, don't know if that helps but hey

You should just be able to open up the back door after taking the card off - the window slides down two runners which are secured to the inside of the door. Chances are one has come unbolted and the window has come off its back runner.

Checked the window last night, the runner that is attached to the window is fecked, the screw is not secure as the back of the runner is bust. i also burst the majority of the clips so have bought more and awaiting delivery.
