Default VTS Tapping Noise + Loud Fuel Pump Noise

Clicky!

Theres a video of it. I know i have a blowing manifold, it's not that i'm unsure about. The sound sounds to me and dad like its coming from the back of the block. Also before firing the engine up the fuel pump is loud and doesn't prime like my 106 one did (on for a few seconds, to build pressure i assume, then it waits till you start the car. On this its on all the time).

The engine also shakes about half an inch front to back and almost sounded like it was firing on 3.

Any suggestions?

Finally found my torx set... well some of it. Got the coilpack cover off, found this:

Looks like its lost itself a plug somehow. Sadly when i said some of my torx, inevitably the only one missing is the one i need to remove the coil pack. Oh well, i've ordered it now, hopefully i'll have some progress in a few days.
