Default Rallye ignition fault

I know this isn't a Saxo problem but I need to pay to continue using the 106 rallye forum and as I'm planning on selling up, seems daft so thought I'd try on here.

Also iirc early blacktop saxos have pretty much the same ignition setup?

Basically there are no power getting to the plugs. Car turns over etc fine. I've borrowed a mates unlocked ecu and coilpack which were both known working items. Didn't change it. So must be a wiring relay fault, which I have no experience with From what I can gather there are 4 pins on the coilpack, 2 of which come from the ecu for the firing sequence (2 cylinders fire at once being wasted spark) one comes from an ignition relay but I don't know what the other one does.

I don't have a haynes manual (getting one this week) or a multimeter but from what I can work out the two relays in the little plastic box on the passenger wing are the only ones in the engine bay. A green one and a brown one. The brown one is for headlight dip/dim so I assume the green one is for ignition. Starting the car up, turning ignition on, connecting battery etc will not make this relay click, I have replaced this with a known working one from my mates 205 (exactly same type) and it still doesn't work. So assuming supply to this relay is knackered at some point. Does anyone know where this goes to? All fuses in engine bay are fine.

So er any ideas anyone?

Forgot to add this is an early S1 rallye which has what I think is an optional extra immobiliser pre-keypad days. It's like a peugeot badged headphone jack on my key ring that i insert near ignition barrel. But I think its very basic and just cuts the feed to the starter from the ignition and it still turns over fine so dont think immobiliser is at fault. Doubt anyone will have any experience with these but am I correct? I might remove this anyway if possible as its a bit of a pain

Fuel pump primes and no ecu light. Tested with a multimeter now, definately no power getting to the coil.
