anyone experienced kaizan in the workplace.
our company is implementing it to compliment its restructure.

i agree with it upto a point.....as long as its not to introduce redundances.

so we got so called 'experts' coming trying to tell us how the most effeciant way of working is.

Its a joke,the managers wont l;isten to us on what can be improved to make jobs more effeciant,but we giot to listen to these bunch of monkeys.
weve just had voluntry redundancy because the company has been 'bitten' by the 'credit crunch'.
Yet they got enough money to spend on 'kaisan' rubbish.

My work place is 100% Kaizan based.
Even had most of the factory re-built to allow for process flow... lol
