you could use accousic carpet from halfords

acoustic carpet, you can buy some from 2modified, gs-motorsport aswell, called ICE carpet, also from ebay or any ICE specialists

ok it may be the 'the biz' but it still comes down to what options i have (zero) to somehow get in on the sub boxes????

aarrrh it does not really matter!!! but if you must know it has been posted above. i didnt start this topic to discuss what material to use, i started it to find out what to use to hold it to my sub boxes which hasnt gone too well so far

i used....erm...heavy duty....forgot whats its called but its a spray, you spray it on....wait till it goes tacky then stick it down.

grrrrreat thanks for that. may just go to B&Q and just ask for some 'stuff' thats 'heavy duty'. oh and 'it goes tacky' not really much help. have you not got an empty can in the garage or something. i need to go and get it in a min that all, if not no worries

did have some in the car but i finished it carpetting my install. just go B&Q and say your after some spray that you need to stick carpet down onto wood, to apply you just spray it on, wait for it to go tacky then stick it down.
EDIT: heavy duty adhesive (sp)
