Angry Central locking problem!

Hi need some advise about my central locking...
Here's what happens with my tempremental system!

If all doors are locked and I use the drivers side door to open the locks, the drivers door and the boot will unlock but not passenger door ....

If I use the passenger door to open th car when all doors are locked, all doors unlock including boot.....

When I try locking the car when all locks are open with the passenger door, all doors lock no problem.

When I try locking the car when all locks are open with the drivers door the locks open an close about 5 times on their own and final stop but locks are still open!

The only way to lock the car from the drivers side is open the drivers door, manually push down the lock on the passenger side, then get out of the car and use the drivers side lock to lock the car then all doors will lock!

Another wierd one is if u lock th car from the inside with the passenger lock while sitting in the car, all doors lock, then if I unlock the locks from inside with the drivers lock, this opens the drivers and the boot but not passenger, then if I get out of the car and lock the drivers door the boot will not lock and I can't lock the boot with the key cos it don't fit! Lol

any suggestions other than getting a new central locking system?

Also do vtr come with alarm and immobiliser as standard as I don't have one, but do have the black plastic bit bear the sunroof that I'm assuming is an immobiliser? Lol
