What sort of advice are you after?

What parts of your body to train etc..?
Training exercises...
Warm Downs?
I only playing in Hellenic Division One West at the minute for a team called Clanfield.

Mid table mate, not too bad...got knocked out in the first round of the FA Vase by Carterton though...1-0 in a replay
With working out, it all depends what you want to achieve, do you want to be bigger built (usually meaning your a bit slower etc, but stronger of course) or do you want to be quicker and nimbler?
If you want to be stronger (like a lot stronger) then its just gym work on the upper body and stomach areas. Usually do some weight training 2-3 days a week.
If you want to be slimmer, nimbler etc...then do a lot of cardio work, running, cycling etc...
Depends what you want really bud.

well, weights can also make you lose weight if you eat right etc...
Thing is, if you over do cardio, you end up losing muscle too, which is what has happened to me.
Lost 3 stone to get fit for football again and lost half of that in bloody muscle. Dont get my wrong, im faster than what I was but im a lot weaker in the challenge than what I was also.
Personally, if I was you, I would stick to the 3 days doing weight work and maybe throw in a day where you go for a jog...maybe use the treadmills at the gym whilst your there?

Its a fairly decent standard of football, nothing to special.
