Sent my car away on tuesday to have a new gearbox put in. the day before i gave the car a very good polish and was looking mint not a scratch on it.

my hole front bumper has been scratched to hell.
i went mad at this point, tried polishing it out and nothing. phoned them up and they told me to go back monday so they can have a look.
i also found alot of scratches on my strut brace where they have put the ecu on top of and didnt think about the sharp corners.
my bumper is ruiend now.
now what do i do at this point?
dont wait till monday and go down there tomoro with someone, also get trading standerds involed if they denie doing it.

Take it back mate, if they can't prove it was all ready there. I work in a main dealer and we have to body check every car to cover ourself

I would be angry as well mate.
Takes time to get it as clean as yours.
Garages rarely take adequate care imo.

lol
All I would say is be calm when talking to them or you will get nothing from them. But if the damage as bad as you are saying then demand they sort it, or get money back to sort the repair yourself, but remember dont go in all guns blazing or it your loss.

This is a massive fail......thing now is they will prob have it re-sprayed but they will use a crap bodyshop.....
This is why you have to be very cereful which garages you use.
