Talking Vtr headgasket

Are they easy to change? Am due a cambelt change very soon and been told I might aswel get head done. My car currently done 70052 miles,has anyone got a guide for a vtr,as I can only find a vts guide

you doin it yourself? you need to take the head off, change the gasket and redo the head bolts at correct torque, if you can do that its easy, if you cant its not.

its a complete waste of time and money to do the head gasket when doing the belt just for the sake of it, stick with doing the belt and tensioner and leave it at that

im with the above "if it aint broke dont fix it" if your h/g isnt fooked why change it? its more likely to fail again if its disturbed

yeah and you mite have to take of ur inlet manifold ect not worth the hassle if theres no signs of it going
