Sub/bass box will insurance go up?
Sub/bass box will insurance go up?
Thinking of putting a little 150w / 200w sub/bass box in the boot
was wondering if the insurance would go up at all?
Thanks

You are automatically covered for ICE up to a certain value with most companies, check your insurance documents, they'll reveal all.
For example, Bell cover me for ICE to the value of £750.
Also @davidandrews, it's non-declared, so all you need if the worst happens is receipts to prove the value of what you had in the car, and that you actually had it obviously.

Yeh i have receipts and pictures of mine fitted, tho the value of my audio wouldnt be worth putting a claim in and affecting my no claims bonus

they do not insure engine conversions just so people know
