right now then after fitting my boot popper had a good idea which was i wanted to replace the de wiper bung with a button which when pressed open the boot! but this brings me to a problem which is i neeed to be able to wire the switch so that it can only be used when the car is unlocked
how is this done?
thanks

easiest way i can think of is to run a line to the front of the car where you can put a switch to cut out the circuit for when the car is locked, then when you unlock the car you can turn the switch on and the popper would work.

in the boot its what i'm trying to do now. as seen a few pics where most people have removed all this.
been told the original push to open button should unscrew off so then shold leave central lockin? failing that i'm down scrappy to get a sprat and cut it up

mmmmmmmmmmmm can;t see this working, i got a spare from scrappy cut it up to fit but still can;t see it working with central locking as the central locking relies on the push button to lock n unlock as it pulls the plastic clip to be able to lock n unlock, still gonna wire up to check for sure tho as i might be missing something
