At lemans 1955 85 spectators died in the main grandstand when a car went through them.

the event went ahead, i was there someone crashed into the crowd so it had to be stopped for a bit, but carried on about half an hour later

It was Villa. He didnt ride again after that for the night. The rain stopped and sun came out about 6.30/7pm was a brilliant evening and would recommend anyone to go even my reluctant gf really enjoyed it.
